Volunteer Jobs
View the different jobs and volunteer to help out the DYSA
Continuing on the system we adopted in 2011, unless you check the "I do not wish to volunteer" box at registration, you were not charged a volunteer fee. That said, we are primarily a volunteer based organization, and as such, we need help from everyone to ensure smooth running throughout the season.
Here are the various types of volunteer positions:
Ongoing for season
Coach, assistant coach, team parent

One time before season starts
Initial goal set up, field set up, equipment prep/handout.

One time during season
Weekly goal set up or take down, flag set up or take down, gopher patrol, garbage patrol etc.

One time after season
Goal breakdown, equipment collection, inventory of equipment boxes, removal of old paint cans to the hazardous waste facility, etc.
